How do I create a Maids of Glory Account?

Creating an account is easy! Simply visit our sign up page and enter the required information to get started.

Do you service my area?

If you live within the greater Tampa Bay area, then yes we do!

What is included in a standard cleaning?

Our standard cleanings involve everything typically included in a house or apartment cleaning.  Cleaning/vacuuming floors, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dusting, etc.  For a full list, visit this page.

 

We also provide extra services such as cleaning inside the fridge and inside the oven (available on the booking page).

How much will it cost?

Our instant quote calculator provides base pricing based upon the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in your home. Check it out on our homepage.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

Yes. All of our cleaners come fully prepared with all the equipment that they will need to get the job done. There is no need to have your own cleaning supplies provided.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Sure! We offer a selection of extra services for a premium, available on the booking page.

How do I log into my account?

You can login to your account by visiting our account login page.

How do I change my password?

You can change your password on the customer login page.

How do I reset my password?

You can reset your password by clicking the “Forgot your password?” link on the login page, or by clicking here.

How do I change my address?

After creating your account, log in and update your address in your upcoming booking. Or, contact us directly and we’ll be happy to change your address for you. 🙂

How do I change my credit card?

To change your credit card, simply log into your account and make the adjustment.  Your new card will automatically be noted as your default card.

How do I book my first appointment?

You can book an appointment in just 60 seconds by filling out the necessary information on our Booking Page.

Pricing & Policies

Can I apply a coupon to an existing appointment?

You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to past appointment that are already completed.

Why do you need my credit card information to redeem a voucher?

Trust & Safety

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

At Maids of Glory, we know that it is our privilege to be trusted with being inside your home home. That’s why our maids are rigorously screened during the hiring process, have excellent references, undergo background checks, and are ALL fully insured and bonded.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

If something goes wrong, please contact us immediately. We’re committed to making it right. That’s our promise to you!

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

We have three levels of security in place. First off our booking page is protected by extended validation SSL. Secondly our booking form has it’s own layer of 256-bit security.  Third, credit card transactions are processed by Stripe which is layered on their own 256-bit security. Additionally, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token which lets us to charge the card). We take the security of our clients extremely seriously.

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

Yes. Part of our commitment to quality service involves full background screening of all of our maids before even being considered for employment.

What is your 200% Service Guarantee policy?

If you’re not happy with your cleaning, we will come back to make it right at no charge to you. If you still aren’t satisfied with our work, we’ll give you a full refund– no hassle!
